During his internship at Whitestone Group as a Private Equity Analyst, Briac's passion for the world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) took flight through events in investment banking, he expanded his network and delved deeper into the world of business evaluation, negotiation, and private equity. Currently, Briac is making waves as an Intern in Deals Advisory at PWC, where he puts his expertise in M&A into action. He firmly believes that the key to thriving in the M&A realm lies in a combination of knowledge and a strong network.

Champions League (Budge Bracket): Handling billion-dollar deals, this league demands dedication and endurance. Working hours from 9 am to 3 am on average, it’s where the likes of Golden Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley play.
Europa League (Mid Market): Involving deals between 200 million to 1 billion dollars, this league offers exciting opportunities. Working hours are from 9 am to 9 pm on average, with players like Houlihan Lokey, Jefferies, and Lincoln International taking the field.
Premier League (Boutiques): Focused on deals under 200 million dollars, this league offers a different experience. Represented by banks like Guggenheim, Evercore, and PJT Partners, it’s a place where talent and agility shine.
